Im guessing Spotify's Programme connection to the internet is somehow being limited on my PC as it works on the Web Player, but I'm not really an expert on these things so not too sure what else to try. (chrome and firefox) I've disabled any virus scanner/firewall. I've tried disabling all addons, clearing cache/cookies, running in incognito mode.
Im at a loss now as to what else I can do to try to get Spotif圜onnect to work on my PC Spotify Programme. When I load the web player it keeps stuck at the connecting to spotify notification window.

Spotify Connect still works fine across everything else INCLUDING the Spotify Web Player on this PC, but when I launch the Spotify Programme Spotify connect will not work at all. I've been away from my computer for a few months, I've come back and noticed my Spotify PC Programme no longer works with Spotif圜onnect, it seems completely separate from all other devices.
