This information will help our staff conduct archival research on the product's manufacturing history.Metal labels and tags are usually chosen for applications that require a strong and permanent labeling solution. Please use the following list of questions when attempting to identify equipment that has no identification tag or the tag has become illegible.

IMPORTANT: After the model number is properly re-identified, we strongly suggest that this number be kept in a safe place for future reference (e.g., written down in the Operator's Manual) and also marked on the product with an indelible marker or engraving tool. However, these serial numbers are not always necessary to resolve a particular situation or to service the product. NOTE: While product-specific model numbers are retrievable, item-specific serial numbers are not. Once the needed information is collected and submitted, our technicians will research any available historical manufacturing records in an effort to determine the model number of the product.
